Diversion Valves

The product is normally installed as an accessory to divert the flow of concrete in lines with working pressure up to 150. The movement of the blade and the inlet pipes pipes is managed through two hydraulic cylinders operated by a manual pump. 

On request, the supply can be completed with a power unit or a manual monoblock valve. The inlet pipes pipes, which can be disassembled, are completed by a gasket/wear ring system. Diversion “S” Valve for concrete | Model DVS 2H3. It is a very flexible device, designed to satisfy the various needs of the job site. In fact it allows the diversion of the flow of concrete in two different directions (“A” and “B”).
It is specifically designed to allow in the same time the pumping on one line and the cleaning of the other. On request a special swivel pipe system can be added to the discharge mouths (A2-B2), in order to avoid the use of flexible hoses to save the concrete during the cleaning operation. Easily installed, a system of internal seals prevents the leakage of the pumped material, ensuring performance and cleanliness of the surrounding area. Entirely removable, it allows operators easy maintenance. The maintenance kits allow the replacement of worn parts with low maintenance times. This model makes it possible to divert the flow of concrete in environments where the operating pressure is medium-high, allowing, at the same time as pumping in one pipeline, cleaning in the others.
