LLT / LLX (7+3) double wall boom and deck elbows are manufactured with a chrome carbide liner and weld ends with chrome carbide inserts. Different diameters and angles can be supplied meeting both the customer’s requirements and current industry standards. Double wall elbows - LLT Elbow. Internal layer thickness 7 mm - CCI - external layer thickness 3 mm. The product can best pair with our LLT and LLH pipes, reducers, and backend kits.

Double wall elbows – LLX Elbow. Internal layer thickness 7 mm - CCI - external layer thickness 3 mm. Our LLX elbows feature an improved microstructure of our internal Carbide liner. This results in longer wear life and eliminates macro and micro cracks caused during any hardening process. These elbows are designed for the most abrasive concrete pumping applications. The product can best pair with our LLT and LLH pipes, reducers, and backend kits.
