RUBBER HOSE INNER VALVE

The heavy valve, which can be installed before the rubber hose or along the pipeline of the last section of the boom, allows blocking the flow of concrete with the pump stopped. Comes complete with quick release valve and rings for mounting safety ropes. It essentially consists of a steel body complete with collars, which encloses the inner rubber valve; the latter, swelling, blocks the flow of the concrete.

The valves for rubber hoses prevent accidental pouring of concrete during the movement of the sections. By interfacing with the control system of the pumping units, they allow operators to safely manage all pumping process.
