RUBBER HOSE OUTER VALVE

The light version, normally installed outside the rubber hose and near the last bend of the pipe, allows blocking the flow of concrete with the pump stopped. Comes complete with mounting tie rods and quick release valve specific for compressed air. It essentially consists of a steel body that protects the inner tube; the latter, swelling, crushes the rubber tube and blocks the concrete flow. Hose Valve. Pneumatic valve, suitable to stop the concrete flow. It is mounted, externally, on the end hose and blocked at the terminal elbow of the boom. The valves for rubber hoses prevent accidental pouring of concrete during the movement of the sections. By interfacing with the control system of the pumping units, they allow operators to safely manage all pumping process.
